We hire people who are exceptional at what they do, then give them the resources and autonomy to do it well.The OpportunityWe're looking for a Graphic Designer and Video Editor who creates with conversion in mind. You know that a beautiful email that doesn't get clicks isn't finished yet, and that a product page is a sales tool first. This is a hands-on role for someone who has spent real time designing for e-commerce brands â emails, landing pages, website sections, and social/ad creative â and can explain exactly why each design choice was made.You'll design across a portfolio of e-commerce clients, working closely with our email, CRO, Shopify development, and paid media teams. You'll also use Claude and other AI tools as a real part of your workflow â to move faster on ideation, variations, and production, without sacrificing quality or brand consistency.This role starts part-time at 15 hours/week, with real room to grow as your client roster and responsibilities expand.What You'll OwnEmail & Retention DesignDesign campaign and automated flow emails (newsletters, welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, --- Source: remoteok - BlueTuskr
