Responsibilities Drive and manage P2P platform growth, including new and active users, liquidity, order success rates and disputes. Collaborate closely with product, risk, compliance, customer support, and local teams to maintain operational efficiency and controlled risk levels. Adequate understanding of the local market to independently navigate regulatory environments through cross team collaboration to ensure compliance and support expansion of fiat on/off-ramp capabilities. Monitor key indicators such as spread competitiveness, success rate, completion rate, cancellations, and fraud patterns. Analyze market trends, pricing dynamics, payment methods, and competitive landscape across markets. Identify operational bottlenecks and leverage data insights to propose and implement improvements in workflows, user experience, and channel performance.
