In this role, you’ll take ownership of Capital.com’s web presence — from marketing pages and landing experiences to product-facing web interfaces — working closely with brand, engineering, and product teams to bring compelling designs to life. Responsibilities: Create visually compelling, high-quality web experiences that reflect our brand and engage our global audience. Own the design of marketing pages, landing pages, and web product interfaces end-to-end. Be the voice of the user, embedding their needs into every design decision with insights and research. Work hand-in-hand with product, engineering, and brand stakeholders to transform ideas into reality. Develop interactive prototypes to test and illustrate design concepts. Define and maintain design guidelines, bringing consistency across all web touchpoints. Lead design initiatives with balance and clarity, adapting to timelines while juggling multiple priorities.
