About the role We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us build the team behind the open source security infrastructure stack. You’ll own technical hiring end to end, focusing on Engineering, Product, Design and more! You’ll be working closely with our CTO and engineering team leads to: Define role requirements, align on talent bar and present well-calibrated candidate slates. Map talent across developer tools, infrastructure, and security companies, and build pipelines of both active and passive candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and open source communities. Run a fast, rigorous interview process that keeps candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers excited. Structure and negotiate offers, guiding candidates through to close.
