Every batch is third-party tested, orders ship same day from our fulfillment center in Florida, and the whole operation runs on a small, fast-moving remote team. We are hiring an Operations Support Specialist to keep orders, inventory, customer chats and automations running smoothly every day. You will work directly with the founders and our operations team. The basics Pay: $12 USD per hour Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, US Eastern business hours (9-5) Engagement: Independent contractor, long-term Location: Fully remote. We are only considering candidates based in South Africa, Latin America, or Eastern Europe. Key responsibilities Coordinate order processing, shipping, and fulfillment operations Manage client chats, respond to inquiries, and provide timely, professional customer support Maintain order trackers, inventory records, and CRM data Monitor inventory levels, resolve discrepancies, and assist with monthly inventory projections Create product labels and manage product information across ordering platforms Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot automated workflows using Zapier Update online order forms, product mappings, and WooCommerce listings Investigate shipping issues, returns, and fulfillment discrepancies Assist operations and account --- Source: weworkremotely - Evolve Peptides
