About League
League is one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Canada and the leading healthcare experience platform. Getting healthcare is often the easy part — finishing it is where things fall apart: people book the appointment and skip the follow-up, fill the prescription and stop taking it, get the referral and never make the call. That gap costs health plans and health systems money, and it costs people their health. League closes that gap — identifying what each person needs to do next, clearing what’s in their way, and getting it done, for the 70 million+ people whose care already runs through our platform. Health plans and health systems trust us to do this at scale. Organizations like Manulife, SCAN, Geisinger, and Medibank on the payer side, and Baptist and Shoppers Drug Mart on the provider side.
Position Summary:
League is building the infrastructure behind our Benefits Navigation Agent — the AI that helps members understand and use their health benefits — and we're growing our panel of expert reviewers. The through-line is domain judgment: the situational, real-world reasoning that determines the guidance of our agent gives members is accurate, complete, and trustworthy.
You'll help validate the rubrics we use to assess the agent's answers, grade responses against accuracy and coverage standards, and pressure-test the scenarios that keep benefits guidance correct and trustworthy. This is a great fit for benefits and insurance professionals who want f

About the role
We're building a small, focused execution pod inside Growth Marketing to ship visibility experiments across AI answer engines, community platforms, and third-party listicles. This role is one of three on the pod. You'll work directly with our growth director and our GEO/AEO lead, alongside an ABM/Paid specialist and an SEO specialist.
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is the work of getting a brand surfaced in AI-generated answers — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overviews, and others — and in the community conversations and listicles those engines pull from. It's a new, fast-moving discipline that combines SEO instincts, content creation, and community work.
This is an execution role. You'll be measured on what you ship and where the brand shows up — not on slide decks or strategy frameworks. If you're curious about how LLMs surface answers and want to be early in a new field, you'll thrive here.
What you'll do
Build presence in AI answer engines
Create and optimize content engineered to surface in LLM responses — question-led pages, comparison pages, etc.
Track where the brand appears (and doesn't) across major AI surfaces and report on coverage trends in specific products (video).
Identify high-intent prompts we should be visible for, and ship the supporting content.
Ship two pieces of work per day on average — content, live community insertions, or successful listicle outreach.
Get included in third-party lists and reviews

About the role
We're the Growth Marketing team. We move fast, run experiments (a lot of them), and measure everything. This role owns the growth of a single feature end-to-end — you'll automate the work, ship the content, run the experiments, and go get the mentions and collaborations that make it climb. Half operator, half growth hacker, fully AI-native.
What you'll do
Own a feature's growth. Pick the metric, build the plan, and push it up and to the right.
Automate everything. Build bots, agentic workflows, and automations that ship content and experiments at scale — not by hand.
Ship and review. Publish content, tools, and pages fast, then review what worked and iterate.
Reach out. Hunt down collaborations, backlinks, mentions, and placements (Reddit, Quora, Substack, partners, PR) that grow topical authority.
Run experiments. Form the hypothesis, launch it, read the signal, log it, move on. Kill the zombies fast.
What you bring
Native or near-native English — you write and edit cleanly, and you can pitch a stranger convincingly.
AI-native mindset. You already build with AI tools (Claude, agents, automations) and want to push them further.
Speed and ownership. You'd rather ship, learn, and iterate than wait for perfect. The number is yours.
Growth instinct. You spot the lever, test it, and double down on what moves.
Range. Comfortable jumping between content, outreach, automation, and analysis in the same day.
Bonus points
Experience with SEO/GEO
