ICON is looking for a pragmatic builder who has made the leap from traditional software engineering into the emerging world of agentic AI development. As an AI Software Engineer at ICON, you will be responsible for designing and shipping AI-powered tools, workflows, and autonomous agents that accelerate ICON's construction technology platform. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Defense Technology Programs and is available for remote work with periodic travel to ICON HQ in Austin, TX as projects require. We have CI/CD pipelines that build Docker images, run automated tests and deploy to Kubernetes clusters. We also use these images in our local development environment allowing coding locally against all of our services. We have a well-documented public API that is consumed by our front-end JavaScript app as well as numerous integrations. About the Remote Licensed Therapist (1099 Contractor) role at Headspace: Headspace is currently seeking part-time, independently licensed contractor DC therapist to provide direct, virtual care as part of a multidisciplinary team on a 1099 contract basis. To get started, we strongly encourage having 10+ hours available per week with full flexibility to adjust; more is always welcome depending on your schedule! Please note that due to care demand and member scheduling fluctuations, it could take a number of weeks to achieve a consistent schedule. The pay for the Contract Mental Health Therapist ranges from $80 to $85 for DC per teletherapy session. Exact reimbursement rates will be determined during the interview process and are based on a number of factors including but not limited to location, licensure type, experience, specializations, languages spoken, and populations treated.
